Lead all clinical aspects of Wellz, ensuring the development and delivery of health services with technical rigor, care excellence, and a focus on innovation. This role is responsible for the clinical strategy in all Wellz health solutions, including psychology and psychiatry. Manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for Clinical Services and Quality, Content and Clinical Protocols, Clinical Experience, and Corporate Education. Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for the clinical area, aligned with Wellz's business objectives. Utilize data analysis and clinical outcome metrics to guide decisions, optimize treatment effectiveness, and demonstrate the value of solutions. Lead the expansion and improvement of the clinical service portfolio, ensuring scalability and sustainability. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance multidisciplinary team, encompassing the areas of Clinical Services, Quality, Content, Clinical Experience, and Corporate Education (Wellz Academy). Promote a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and collaboration. Manage the area's budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize impact.
