Sr. Business Analyst

Reprise Financial is seeking an experienced Sr. Business Analyst to join our Project Management team. This role will primarily focus on working with Operational Areas to gather requirements, design and implement solutions in our Originations, Servicing and Accounting systems. Designing, documenting and improving business processes is an important facet of the position. The role is responsible for leading business process changes, identifying and tracking deliverables, testing and documenting necessary changes. The position will also engage with Compliance, IT, and Operational units for tracking and delivering audit-related activities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Financial Services and system implementation with an in-depth knowledge of Shaw Loan Servicing System.
