Responsibilities:
- Lead AI tool governance and validation, including model cards and data quality partnerships.
- Support clinical QA, patient safety events, and quality improvement methodologies.
- Analyze performance data to translate insights into care model enhancements.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO with active license and 3+ years of clinical practice.
- Experience in quality/patient safety, LLM review, and value-based care models.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range for MD candidates is $188,270 - $288,048 plus bonus and equity.
