Principal AI Engineer

About the opportunity:

• As a Principal AI Engineer, you set the technical direction for our most complex Generative AI work and are personally hands-on building it.
• You take systems from ambiguous business problems to robust, scalable production services, solving for latency, reliability, cost, and governance.
• You are the technical face of engagements, partnering with client leadership to translate strategy into AI architecture.

What you will do:

• Set technical direction and own architecture for our most complex GenAI and agentic systems end-to-end.
• Build at the frontier with hands-on coding using Python on Google Cloud, LLMs, and advanced RAG.
• Multiply the team through architecture reviews, mentorship, and setting a high bar for AI-augmented engineering.

Your technical toolkit:

• Mastery of Python, shell scripting, and the modern AI engineering stack.
• Deep expertise with Google Gemini, GPT-class models, and open models like LLaMA.
• Proven experience designing and productionizing agentic systems and vector search at scale.
