Games Mathematician

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, maintain, and govern mathematical models for casino and slot game development.
• Create and maintain internal standards, templates, and processes to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Build spreadsheet models and software simulations to independently validate mathematical models.
• Monitor live game performance and investigate deviations from theoretical expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Professional experience designing mathematical models for casino or gaming products.
• Strong understanding of probability theory, statistics, and analytical modeling.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar for mathematical tooling.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to communicate complex concepts.
