Senior Quantitative Analyst

Role Overview:

• Own analytics and reporting for Portfolio Development, focusing on SKU productivity and capital allocation across 20,000+ SKUs.
• Report to Sr. Director of AI & Data Insights but work directly with CEO and Chief of Staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Build analysis and reporting to address strategic questions from CEO and Product Strategy.
• Use statistical methods to identify product attributes driving productivity and translate into portfolio guidance.
• Cut through data noise, identify confounders, and correct data inconsistencies in Snowflake.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-5 years in data science/analytics with solid grounding in statistics and operations research.
• Strong SQL and Python with hands-on Snowflake experience.
• Independent executor who treats data quality as part of the job and presents findings to executives.
