About the Opportunity:
- Help shape product and business decisions through data, combining deep analysis, experimentation, and stakeholder partnership.
- Sit within the centralised Product Data team and own analytics across the full product lifecycle.
- Influence product strategy, customer experience, and business health directly.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with product and business teams to run rigorous analysis and turn it into clear, prioritised recommendations.
- Define, document, and maintain clear metric definitions and business context.
- Design, run, and interpret experiments, and build a reporting layer with automated alerting.
About You:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a data analyst or data scientist, preferably in a product-focused role.
- Advanced SQL and data visualisation skills, with experience in dbt and BigQuery.
- Strong grasp of statistics and experiment design, and comfort using AI-assisted tools.
