Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Measurement Strategy: Own KPI frameworks, metric definitions, and metric trees that help Product teams measure long-term user value, retention, engagement loops, and overall business health.
- Generate Proactive Insights: Explore complex datasets beyond immediate roadmap questions to identify non-obvious user behaviors and quantify their impact.
- Shape Product Strategy with Data: Synthesize multiple data sources into clear, evidence-based points of view on major product opportunities and trade-offs.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Science, or Growth Analytics with a strong track record at Staff or equivalent level.
- Expert proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and BI tools like Tableau, plus experience with complex behavioral datasets.
- AI fluency with practical experience leveraging LLMs and automation to improve analytical efficiency while maintaining high standards.
Work Environment:
- Location flexible approach: choose to work in nearest office, from home, or hybrid of both (subject to location restrictions for US roles).
- Competitive compensation package including base salary range of $174,720 - $218,400, with eligibility for bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
