Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product analytics by defining metrics, designing measurement frameworks, and delivering actionable insights that inform product strategy and business decisions.
  • Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify adoption trends, engagement drivers, retention opportunities, friction points, and areas for product improvement.
  • Partner with Product Management, UX, and Engineering teams to establish success metrics, embed instrumentation requirements into feature development, and measure outcomes after launch.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a closely related data role – ideally in a B2B SaaS environment with exposure to complex, multi-product platforms.
  • Expert-level SQL skills; proficiency with a BI visualization tool (Tableau strongly preferred) and the ability to build production-grade dashboards stakeholders actually use; strong Excel skills for ad-hoc modeling and fast-turn analyses.
  • Hands-on experience with a product analytics platform (Pendo strongly preferred); strong grounding in statistical analysis and data interpretation.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Targeted starting base salary range: $110,000 - $140,000 USD.

  • Eligible for additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.
