Responsibilities:
- Use analytical skills to design top-tier financial products and take ownership of product performance metrics.

- Derive insights through data analysis, conduct research, and implement monitoring systems for products and operations.
Requirements:
- A mathematical or technical degree from a top university like MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NSE.
- Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory, with analytical mindset and systematic thinking.
- Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python or R is a plus, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Superset.
