About the role:
- Senior leadership role within the Product Data Science organization.
- Responsible for building and scaling a high-performing team of Analysts and Data Scientists.
- Acts as a force multiplier for decision-making quality across Product, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive effective goal-setting, planning, and execution processes across Product Data Science.
- Ensure robust, actionable, and decision-oriented analytical outputs.
- Champion best practices in experimentation, causal inference, and customer understanding.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in data science supporting a product organization.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL, with deep statistical modeling and machine learning expertise.
- Proven ability to scale analytics capabilities and drive strategic impact through collaboration.
