New Solutions Engineer

Develop and deploy innovative RAIN RFID solution architecture to address critical business challenges and drive successful outcomes for enterprise clients based on insights from enterprise sales teams. Drive structured discovery with US-based accounts; translate business objectives into actionable technical solutions and architectures. Act as the technical trusted advisor during the sales cycle—conduct discovery sessions, lead winning product demonstrations tailored to business-specific problems, and address complex objections to move deals forward. Provide end-to-end technical support to ecosystem partners—implementing technical best practices and offering onsite or remote support for deployment, testing, and optimization of RFID/IoT solutions. Identify and relay customer requirements, feature requests, and market needs—including competitive insights and deployment blockers—to product management and engineering for continued platform evolution. Contribute to the team’s Center of Excellence by building standardized templates, contributing to shared resource libraries, and helping develop best practices that scale across US accounts.
