Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top-tier engineering talent, building a diverse and high-performing organization.
Foster a culture of psychological safety, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.

Execution & Delivery:

Oversee end-to-end delivery across all SDLC phases for a SaaS platform handling millions of daily transactions, ensuring on-time and high-quality releases.
Proactively manage competing demands across PODs, aligning work with strategic objectives and maintaining reliable project status updates.
Drive CI/CD maturity, release discipline, and architectural decisions around microservices and distributed systems.

AI-First Engineering:

Serve as a champion of the AI-first engineering strategy, leading the evaluation and adoption of AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot.
Cultivate a culture where teams continuously explore and responsibly apply AI technologies to enhance productivity and code quality.
Stay current on the evolving AI landscape and help shape the organization's long-term AI roadmap.
