Job Description
The Product Owner, Program Experience & Systems will own the full lifecycle of ILHM’s products, systems, and member experience — from concept and testing through implementation and reporting. This role combines product management, data ownership, and partnership oversight to ensure the Institute delivers an exceptional experience for members and training participants while maintaining operational excellence across all systems. The Product Owner will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ILHM’s products, systems, and member experience. They will also oversee ILHM’s Member Benefits and Partnership programs, managing partner selection, onboarding, contracts, performance tracking, and renewals. They will partner with Operations and Marketing to automate communications and workflows, improving member renewal and learner engagement.
