Job Description
The Data Analyst will drive business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers. This role will collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance. Responsibilities include producing actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identifying areas of improvement in current operations, and displaying root cause analysis of problems.
The role requires collaborating to build intuitive data visualizations for complex business challenges in the Fintech space, taking ownership of the UX/UI experience across multiple data products, and contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools. The Data Analyst will also support data collection efforts and monitor data management processes.
