Staff Software Test Engineer

Take charge of the testing practices and processes of a team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of the solutions by designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies. Demonstrate expert-level skills in test automation tools and strategies, with a deep and broad understanding of building and deploying software in both cloud and desktop environments. The Staff Software Test Engineer will report to the Manager of Software Engineering and will drive test strategy throughout the testing organization. Responsibilities include recommending improvements to testing processes, leading quality-related work, evaluating acceptance criteria, owning the test automation strategy, maintaining and enhancing existing test automation frameworks, and providing metrics on business process and code coverage. The role requires 8 years of QA and test automation experience, strong coding skills in C#, experience with Selenium, load/performance testing, and AWS.
