Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Own daily Treasury and Merchant Disbursements, including monitoring fund releases, processing refunds, and executing AP/ACH/wires.
• Drive the continuous close process with strict 5 business day month-end targets and manage ERP customizations.
• Execute weekly reporting for covenant updates, loan purchases, and merchant rebates, while supporting Capital Markets and Sales.

Background & Experience:

• 3-5 years of top-tier performance in finance, treasury, or accounting, with a solid background in merchant disbursements and FinOps.
• Experience in consumer lending and early-stage companies where structure was minimal and initiative was required.
• Advanced ability to build creative workarounds, such as macros and spreadsheets, and strong enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools.
