Junior Meta Specialist

The Junior Meta Specialist will conduct quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing Meta requests to ensure campaign details are accurate and complete. They will monitor team boards to identify tasks that are delayed or outside standard service level agreements (SLAs), follow up on overdue or stalled tasks, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to move items forward. Further responsibilities include ensuring all requests follow established SOPs and help address any communication or process gaps. The role also supports ongoing maintenance of internal project management boards to ensure alignment across marketing, onboarding, and account teams. They will assist in keeping central tracking documents and databases up to date based on account activity and campaign status changes. The Junior Meta Specialist provides onboarding and training for team members on how to use Asana effectively and assists in refining and improving Asana workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
