Act as the strategic partner and main point of contact for a portfolio of aesthetic practices, driving product adoption and business growth. Coach practices on operations, sales training, marketing, and P&L optimization to achieve revenue goals. Conduct Monthly Business Reviews and manage tailored journeys for each practice to ensure sustainable success.

Own and deliver medium-to-large FinOps projects end-to-end, from design through production, as a hands-on senior IC. Build deep expertise in FinOps systems like Stripe, LayerFi, and Cherry, becoming a trusted technical resource. Mentor IC1-IC2 engineers and act as a culture carrier for strong engineering practices.
