Director of Engineering

The Role:

• You will be the day-to-day leader of Engineering, owning delivery, organizational health, and manager development.
• You will lead our AI strategy and execution across product and SDLC.
• You will partner closely with the Head of Engineering and Product leadership.

Who You Are:

• You have 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• You have run a 30-60 person engineering organization through multiple managers.
• You have built KPI systems like DORA and have shipped production AI systems.
