About the Role:
- Lead Covera Health's Engineering and Platform/IT organizations, owning architecture and technical execution.
- Partner with the CPTO to turn strategy into delivery, staying hands-on in design reviews and complex technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a ~30-person technology org across Engineering, AI, and Platform/IT.
- Set engineering standards, scale reliable systems, and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Build a high-performing engineering culture with modern AI-powered practices.
