VP of Engineering

About the Role:

• You will lead the engineering organization and own the technical foundation for Clever's growth.
• Set technical direction, develop engineering leaders, and improve how quickly the team turns problems into reliable software.
• Stay technically engaged and push the frontier on AI-assisted engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering with high standards for quality, ownership, and execution.
• Steer technical direction across core systems and simplify complex initiatives.
• Raise the talent bar through recruiting, coaching, and performance management.

Experience Required:

• Significant software engineering experience including leadership of engineering managers.
• Deep technical depth across architecture, implementation, and production systems.
• Experience evolving complex systems and using AI tools to change software development economics.
