Vice President of Engineering

Job Duties:

• Lead, hire, and mentor a global engineering team to build a scalable offensive security platform.
• Own the technical vision and architecture, ensuring scalability, stability, and resiliency.
• Drive adoption of best practices in engineering design, AI-assisted development, and agile methodologies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 15+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years building SaaS cybersecurity products, with strong multi-cloud engineering experience.
• Proven experience with AI-assisted development tools and establishing engineering standards.
