Responsibilities:
- Lead four AI-focused pods end to end, owning execution, delivery, quality, and velocity.
- Shape architecture across React.js/TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Redshift stack.
- Drive engineering excellence, raising the bar on code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience including 5+ years managing teams of 10+ engineers.
- Strong hands-on AI-native development experience with agentic systems and LLM integrations.
- Deep working knowledge of core stack: React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, JavaScript, AWS, PostgreSQL.
