Engineering Manager, AI Product Development

Accountabilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of senior software engineers, fostering ownership, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted and agentic development workflows to improve productivity and quality.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting production systems.
• Previous experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
