Engineering Manager

Accountabilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical direction and coaching.
• Design and deliver agentic workflows for AI systems to plan, execute, and adapt testing activities.
• Modernize legacy systems, reduce technical debt, and establish effective engineering practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of engineering management experience, leading teams in agile, remote environments.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, and React, plus strong API design skills.
• Experience building LLM-powered or agentic features in production, or ability to lead teams into emerging domains.
