  • 10+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years managing senior engineers.
  • Still hands-on: can read architectures and spot flaws.
  • Strong full stack depth with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, or Go.

What You'll Do:

  • Co-own the AI engineering team of roughly 30 engineers.
  • Run performance reviews and level up the team through training.
  • Track engagement health and surface delivery risks early.
