- Partner with Product on roadmap planning, ensuring engineers understand the context behind the work.
- Drive hiring and set cultural expectations around AI coding tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive software engineering experience with genuine hands-on technical background.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Team Lead with real ownership of team culture.
- Good understanding of Node.js or Python, and React, and excitement about AI coding tools.
