Engineering Manager

What you'll do:

• Champion AI-native development practices and tools to achieve productivity gains and foster a culture of rapid iteration.
• Take ownership over the team's architecture, driving the long-term technical vision for the fundraising platform.
• Lead the team in designing systems for one-click subscriptions, reusable investor profiles, and omni-channel onboarding.

Qualifications:

• 11+ years of software development experience with increasing technical leadership and 2+ years of engineering management.
• Experience building scalable web applications with modern frameworks like React and server-side languages like Python or Node/TS.
• Strong product focus and understanding of how technology solves customer problems and drives business outcomes.
