Lead, coach, and grow a small (but growing) team of engineers delivering business-critical clinical, operational, and patient-facing systems.
Establish clear goals and execution plans aligned with product and company priorities.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Technical Leadership:

Guide architectural decisions across backend services, workflows, integrations, internal tools, and patient-facing web and mobile experiences.
Ensure healthy CI/CD pipelines and safe deployment practices that support incremental delivery in a regulated healthcare environment.
Drive an agentic, AI-native approach to building software using tools like Claude Code.

Cross-Functional Partnership:

Partner closely with product, design, clinical, and operations leaders to define roadmaps and deliver measurable impact.
Translate complex, evolving business and clinical requirements into clear engineering plans.
Provide structure and clarity in ambiguous problem spaces.
