Manage and grow two engineering teams of ~7 engineers, including coaching, career development, and performance management.
Own delivery of AI Enablement and EHR Agents charters, coordinating with platform and product leaders.
Run operational rhythm including sprint planning, retros, and status updates.

Technical Oversight:

Engage deeply on architecture, code review, and trade-off conversations, leveraging strong technical foundation.
Oversee use of MCP Gateway, AgentCore, Claude Code, and LiteLLM across both teams.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulated environment constraints.

Hiring and Onboarding:

Close 4 net-new AI Enablement hires and any EHR Agents backfills through interview loops.
Design onboarding that gets new engineers productive in agentic-coding workflows fast.
Represent teams up and across, communicating progress and risks to leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with security, foundations, and AI Platform peers on shared infrastructure.
Coordinate dependency management and go/no-go calls across teams.
Run internal enablement programs and platform-adoption initiatives for developer-centric AI tools.
