Director of Software Engineering

What you will do:

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the AI answering service, including voice pipeline design and LLM orchestration.
• Actively participate in design and code reviews, implement core platform components, and resolve production issues.
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical rigor and psychological safety.

What you bring:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in technical leadership with direct reports.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating AI/ML or NLP systems in production.
• Deep familiarity with LLM integration, RAG, cloud-native architecture on AWS, and real-time communication systems.
