About the Role:
- Set the direction for the AI Platforms team with a clear roadmap balancing internal needs and product goals.
- Lead and scale the team by hiring and developing current members to full capacity.
What You'll Do:
- Build and evolve the shared AI platform: model access, agent runtime, MCP integrations, evals, and cost controls.
- Extend the platform from internal productivity to product-facing AI inference and features at member scale.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of engineering experience and 5+ years leading platforms or infrastructure teams.
- Experience building production AI systems, including agentic workflows, LLM integrations, and evaluation.
