About the Role:
- You will own the AI platform strategy, roadmap, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain environments, deployment pipelines, and reusable components.
- Build connectors to EHR, CRM, ticketing, telephony, and data warehouse systems.
- Establish monitoring, observability, and incident-response practices.
