Principal AI Platform Engineer

Role Overview:

• As a Principal AI Platform Engineer, you act as the lead architect for a group of Forward Deployed Engineers.
• You design, build, ship, and operate autonomous intelligence systems for CRM and Industry Engineering.
• You translate customer use cases into precise specifications and direct AI agents to generate production code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish best practices and reference architecture for a group of 30+ FDEs deploying Agentic AI solutions.
• Engineer context for reliable agent output, including system prompts and configuration files.
• Verify and review code for correctness, security, and maintainability, ensuring end-to-end quality.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated track record of building and shipping production software using AI-native methods.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and solid AI/ML knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools and autonomous agent systems.
