Director, Agentic Lab US Security & IT

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead rapid prototyping, experimentation, and technical validation of agentic AI solutions.
• Evaluate foundation models, agent frameworks, and orchestration technologies.
• Develop reusable proof-of-concepts, reference architectures, and implementation patterns.

Collaboration and Standards:

• Partner with AI Engineering, Platform Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams.
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, reasoning strategies, and observability.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide standards and technical documentation.

Mentorship and Growth:

• Mentor AI engineers and technical contributors.
• Promote strong engineering practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
• Support evolution of enterprise AI ecosystem and scalable development practices.
