Team Structure:
- Operates in tight pods with Sales, Industry leaders, BlueVerse product/platform teams, and delivery squads.
- Strong bias toward hands-on building (this role is not purely advisory).
- Travel is expected for client workshops, PoVs, and executive meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive-facing discovery and value shaping with CXO-level working sessions to translate business pain into an Outcome Thesis.
- Rapid Proof of Value engineering to demonstrate business impact and technical feasibility.
- Produce a scalable Agentic Blueprint for handoff to delivery teams.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years in full-stack engineering or solution architecture with client-facing delivery.
- Strong experience with modern AI stacks including LLMs, agent patterns, RAG, and evaluation.
- Proficiency in Python plus TypeScript, Java, or Go; cloud-native experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
