Director of Tax (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Director of Tax of the AVIV Group to build up the group tax function, which presents a new and exciting chapter of transformation and growth. The Director of Tax is responsible for direction and overseeing the AVIV global and in particular German tax compliance, reporting directly to the CFO. The mission includes becoming a forerunner of transformation, being responsible for all tax matters at Group level, and coordinating tax compliance for most Group subsidiary companies nationally and internationally. Keeping up-to-date on the Group wide transfer pricing policy for services and IP, tax support for preparation/audit of consolidated financial statements (including deferred taxes, TRR), and tax due diligence support for investments and acquisitions. Close collaboration with auditors, domestic and international external tax advisors and the internal audit and compliance teams will be necessary, as well as being the point person for communication and audits of the respective tax authorities.
