Associate Director of Construction Estimating - Electric Transmission

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director of Construction Estimating with deep experience in electric transmission and distribution to join our talented team. The ideal individual will be a good communicator and a team player with a good foundation in cost and estimating. This is a key role for our Electric Transmission Sector and have key client management responsibilities. This is a primarily remote role, with some client site travel required. Responsibilities include developing cost plans and estimates, supporting client land acquisitions, and delivering updated cost plans. Reviewing proposed design changes and preparing estimates. Providing commercial input to design optioneering, preparing cash commit forecasts, and working collaboratively with stakeholders. Analyzing labor markets and cost drivers. Supporting clients with monthly presentations and delivering Life Cycle Costing models.
