Job Description
Serve as a technical lead for our data engineering team at Capital Rx Health - Judi Care. You’ll architect and build scalable, reliable data pipelines and systems that power analytics, machine learning, and product features. You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, and data science to ensure our platform meets both immediate business needs and long-term infrastructure goals.
Develop classification and regression models using statistical and machine learning techniques; evaluate performance and share insights with stakeholders. Analyze healthcare data (e.g., claims, provider networks) to discover trends that inform product improvements and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into scalable analytical solutions. Mine and interpret data to optimize product development, provider network strategies, and overall business operations.
