About the role:

• Creative Fabrica Studio AI is an AI platform for generating images, videos, music, speech, and sound effects, with 30+ tools.
• They are adding hundreds of thousands of new users every month.
• They want to pour more fuel on that growth through faceless short-form content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

What you will do:

• Manage the posting rhythm, visual identity, and growth of each faceless account.
• Build a library of proven formats and a playbook that compounds over time.
• Scale distribution from your own accounts to hundreds by building a network of reposters/remixers.

What you will need:

• You've built faceless accounts from zero to 50K+ followers on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube; show the accounts, the content, and the growth.
• You understand outrage, curiosity, tribal identity, humor, and you know which lever to pull for which platform.
• You know how to scale a winner; break down why it hit, turn it into a repeatable format, produce scalable variations, build the playbook.
