Staff Simulation Data Modeler

Role Overview:

• Own the entity catalog end to end for AtomEngine, ensuring credibility through standards, formulas, and testing.
• Direct AI agents to perform first-pass research and data entry at scale, focusing on judgment calls.
• Partner with Customer Relations and Engineering to prioritize and automate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead catalog strategy across multiple segments, tracking completion and freshness.
• Codify standards and defensible formulas for weapon effects, sensor effects, etc.
• Direct AI agent workflows and verify accuracy through automated testing and wargames.

Qualifications:

• Strong research and analytical skills with judgment for incomplete data.
• Ability to direct AI agents productively and catch errors.
• Comfort with quantitative modeling and wargamer's mindset.
