Serving as the primary liaison with the client providing excellent customer service, also handle all aspects of clinical research trials. Total project management includes data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring, and biostatistics. Prepare project status updates for clients and management, identifying key deliverables and performance metrics for success and escalation.
