Job Description

The Senior Content & Campaigns Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving growth through content strategy, creative execution, and campaign performance. You'll manage a 90-day content calendar spanning email, in-app messaging, and paid remarketing. This position involves writing and delegating high-performing content including copy, visuals (Canva/Figma), and short-form videos (CapCut/Adobe), as well as executing campaigns in HubSpot or HighLevel and ensuring tracking/reporting is accurate. The role also includes collaborating with Product and Sales to align messaging with feature launches and business goals, tracking content performance, making data-backed optimizations, and sharing insights with stakeholders. The lead will mentor two junior marketers, provide regular feedback, conduct skills development sessions, and explore new AI tools to improve creative output, scale content, and drive faster delivery.
