Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Cybersecurity Leadership & Governance:

• Develop and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and multi-year security roadmap.
• Establish information security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Provide regular cybersecurity updates and risk assessments to executive leadership.

Infrastructure & Cloud Operations:

• Own the enterprise infrastructure strategy across Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Establish standards for reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Drive platform standardization, cloud optimization, and cost management initiatives.

Security Operations & Incident Response:

• Lead enterprise incident response and cyber crisis management activities.
• Establish security monitoring, detection, investigation, and containment capabilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders during cybersecurity incidents.

Leadership & Team Development:

• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across cybersecurity and IT operations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop future technology leaders within the organization.
