Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

• Circle builds a platform for online communities that combines discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments under one brand.
• They are a fully remote company of around 200 team members from 30+ countries, with a culture of async collaboration and high expectations.

About the role:

• You will build and evolve Circle Discover, a curated marketplace for finding and buying digital experiences like communities and courses.
• You will work on algorithmic recommendations, enriching listings, content feeds, and seamless purchasing flows to help members explore and join experiences.

What you'll be doing:

• Build high-converting purchasing experiences and run A/B tests to improve user acquisition and conversion.
• Implement features in Next.js frontend and Rails backend, and work on data pipelines for search and recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers and leaders to create a world-class user experience, prioritizing speed of iteration without compromising quality.
