The Role:
- We're looking for a Technical Lead, Machine Learning to turn cutting-edge AI research into reliable production systems.
- This is not a research role; you'll own the infrastructure and execution layer for LLM training, deployment, and scalability.
- You'll work across model fine-tuning, inference, data pipelines, and GPU infrastructure while partnering with product and backend engineers.
What You'll Work On:
- Design and scale production ML systems for LLM-based applications.
- Build training and evaluation pipelines for continuous model improvement.
- Fine-tune foundation models using modern adaptation techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, SFT and DPO.
