Job Description
- Social Strategy & Planning: Assess, develop, propose and implement long-term social media strategies. Oversee development and implementation of all social media campaigns to ensure efficient execution and optimization. Conduct ongoing performance tests to gauge content and campaign effectiveness.
- Campaign Management Oversight: Oversee day-to-day paid social media campaign management. Mentor and build relationships with social paid media management team. Serve as the primary client-facing paid and organic social media strategy lead, presenting strategies.
- Thought Leadership: Stay up to date with the latest digital technologies, social media trends, and platform changes. Apply learnings to campaigns to keep clients at the forefront of new trends. Partner with Omnichannel Team Leads in elevating the Digital practice.
- Business Development: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients. Participate actively in business development initiatives representing the Social Media team.
