Partner with district teams via calls and screen shares to configure data extracts from SIS platforms.
Validate data quality and monitor incoming data jobs to resolve issues proactively.
Document new discoveries and contribute to team playbooks for SIS data extraction.

What we're looking for:

1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with SIS knowledge.
Comfort with basic data analysis and SQL familiarity.
Strong communication, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.

Within 1 month: Onboarded and understand how external data is used.
Within 3 months: Work independently with district partners.
Within 6 months: Manage portfolio of partner onboardings and data jobs.
Within 12 months: Develop proficiency across common SIS platforms.
