Operational Technology (OT) Red Team Operator

Role Overview:

• Conduct adversary-focused offensive operations in OT and critical infrastructure networks with zero margin for error.
• Emulate real-world attackers by chaining misconfigurations and vulnerabilities to achieve objectives while minimizing detection.
• Partner with engineers and researchers to define adversarial evaluations that model real attacker behavior.

What You'll Do:

• Execute red team testing on OT environments, identifying and exploiting weaknesses in ICS, SCADA, and embedded systems.
• Deploy and operate C2 infrastructure, implement evasion techniques, and practice proper OPSEC.
• Develop proof-of-concept exploits and produce reports that communicate risk to both technical and executive stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

• Deep technical knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, Ethernet/IP) and manual packet manipulation.
• Scripting or programming experience in Python, Go, PowerShell, Bash, or C/C++.
• Ability to quantify exploitable risk and communicate effectively with plant managers and CISOs.
